We have the most experienced and talented triathlon coaches in Georgia.  All of our Coaches were named All Americans by USAT for 2011 and most of the staff again in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and beyond! Four of our coaches are USAT Youth and Junior certified, many are USAT Level 1 or 2 certified along with: swimming, track and field, power and cycling certifications. Lisa is the CEO and founder of Multisport Explosion.  I am a 52 year old very proud mother of two very talented  triathletes; Alex (22) and Clay (20), and wife to another fantastic triathlete; Keith.  Triathlon has been our families sport and passion for the past 18 years.  Alex and Clay were members of the USAT Southeast Region Junior Elite High Performance Team, swam for Dynamo Swim Club and Milton HS along with running Cross Country and Track for Milton High School.

  • Earned USAT All American status for 6 years in a row 2005 – 2011
  • Competed in ITU Olympic World Championships in Hawaii, Hamburg and Vancouver qualified for 2 others but did not attend.
  • Southeast Masters Champion title for Sprint distance 2008
  • Overall Female Masters Champion ranking for Southeast Region 2007
  • Top 10 Podium finishes at Age Group National Championships: 3rd in 2006, 8th in 2007, 6th in 2009, 5th in 2010
  • Overall Winner and/or Masters Winner of many local and regional Sprint and Olympic Distance triathlons:  Acworth Women’s, Tugaloo Triathlon, Memphis in May and St. Anthony’s just to name a few.
  • Member of several different local Elite Tri Teams for the past 15 years
  • Former VP of Tri Atlanta Triathlon Club – the first tri club in Atlanta.
  • Community Coach for Alpharetta High School Swim Team for 11 years 2005 – 2016

  • Athletic Director for Windward Lake Club pool, previously ran the swim lessons program for 10 years teaching children from 3 to 16 years of age

Anne Chrzanowski

Anne

Anne Chrzanowski started in triathlon in 2005 and became a certified USAT coach in 2008.  She went on to obtain her USAT Level 2 Certification in 2011.  Since then she has also earned certifications as a USA Track and Field Level 1, USA Cycling Level 3 and ASCA Level 2 Coach.  Anne grew up swimming in high school and swam in college at State University of New York (SUNY) Potsdam and Clarkson University where she earned All American status and was admitted into the SUNY Potsdam Hall of Fame.  She has competed in both Ironman and Ironman 70.3 World Championships.

Anne’s love of running and swimming led her into the sport of triathlon and then on to coaching.  Anne was named by USAT as the Head Team USA Coach for the 2015 World Championships in Chicago.  In 2013 she was recognized by USAT and awarded the Jeff Jewell Spirit Award.  She was a coach with Endurance Concepts, located in Atlanta, GA from 2008 to  September 2014.  She also coach’s high school cross country and track and field (8 years), coach’s a six week youth program to train for a local youth triathlon (8 years), is Head Coach for a summer swim team (9 years), and helped coach the South East Junior Elite Tri Team when needed.  She loves working with the youth and high school students to instill the love of athletics and living a healthy lifestyle.  She also excels in helping the clients she coaches to achieve their goals while balancing family and life.

Anne lives in Peachtree City, GA with Mike, her husband of 20+ years and two children, Nicole and Matthew.  She has a BS in Engineering Management from Clarkson University and an MBA from University of Buffalo.  Anne is also a 7 yr breast cancer survivor.  She still competes in triathlons and various other endurance events.

 

Kinsey Snell

Kinsey is a wife, mother, and coach. She is the head coach for Multisport Explosion Gwinnett and she also coaches the XC team at Loganville Christian Academy and assists with Track and Field. Her passion is sharing her love of triathlon and an active lifestyle with others.

Alex Marshall

I’m 22 years old and I’ve been competing in triathlons since I was 7. I started with Ironkids in Panama City and then went on to do several other IK’s and kids’ races. I started doing Sprint distance tri’s when I was 11 years old. I swam year round for Dynamo Swim Club for 11 years. I am honored to be a 7 year member of the USAT SE Jr. Elite High Performance team and named their Team Captain for 2013 – 2014. I also ran cross country and track for Milton HS, where I lettered for all 4 years in Swimming, XC and my Sr year in Track (I only ran track my Sr year).  I was the XC Team Captain and led our team to XC State for 3 years.  I was named by Milton HS PTSA as the Male Athlete of the Year and awarded a scholarship.  I have taught swim lessons and coached swim team for 6 years now at Windward Lake Club. Both of my parents also compete in triathlons, as well as my younger brother, Clay. I like to race because it’s fun!  I’ve been coached by Jon Adamson and my Mom(Lisa).  I am now attending Clemson University.  I was the VP for Clemson Tri Team 2014/15.

Mandy Stanley

Mandy Stanley has been competing in bike racing and triathlons for ten years.  It is a family sport, as her son Matt, daughter Kira, and husband Steve all race.  She became a USAT Level 1 triathlon coach in 2013.  Formerly a professional ballerina, she has taught ballet and Pilates to teens for the past 25 years.  This made for a natural transition to coaching Youth and Junior athletes.  Later in 2013, Mandy completed her USAT Youth and Junior Coaching Certification.  She especially enjoys working with young athletes due to their deep dedication and love for the sport.  Mandy has coached a Youth Elite National Champion and a third place National Championship podium finisher. Among the elite athletes she’s coached, three have ranked top five in the nation. She has also helped with the Southeast Junior Triathlon Team for the past eight years.

Mandy and her family live in Acworth, Ga.  She continues to compete and is a member of the Multisport Explosion Elite Adult Team.
